QA/QC Introduction

Step 1: Every bolt of grey cloth is to be examined and the result is to be recorded on the part of the operating workers;
Step 2: Quality inspectors are to examine the grey cloth coming out of each knitting machine and read the results recorded by the operators;
Step 3: Supervisors responsible for the order execution are to keep examining dyeing processes regarding progress and quality;
Step 4: Quality inspectors are to examine all the finished items in the warehouse so that all the products will live up to the standards before leaving our factory.
